Our story began in Maracaibo, Venezuela, in 1993 with the founding of Informatic Center SRL, a technology company focused on information and communications solutions. Over the years, the company evolved through different stages, later operating under the names Tecnoenlaces, C.A. and Nova Com, C.A., as its services, expertise, and vision continued to grow.

In July 2011, the company expanded its operations to Texas under the name ConnectX Global Services LLC, operating commercially under its DBA and brand name, MyConnectX. Today, MyConnectX continues that legacy by providing professional technology solutions for businesses across the United States and beyond.

We provide on-site service in Houston, Texas, and Miami, Florida, while specializing in remote IT support that allows us to assist businesses quickly, efficiently, and regardless of distance. Our goal is to become your trusted IT department, giving your company access to professional technology support without the cost or complexity of building an internal IT team.
